It is a revised and updated post I ran recently here on the site, getting the public up to speed on a still little known pipeline project that has far-reaching implications for not only the expansion of fracking, but also Site C and the  proposed Kitimat LNG plants. Check it out, or wait until tomorrow when I will repost it here as well.
